The collaboration program on Kaltura video making was an interesting experience in itself. Fortunately I belonged to a team, members of which were fun loving, smart and full of ideas. We discussed a lot in a very friendly atmosphere and manner. One of our discussions was in Ulysses, the famous meeting place for Poly. We spent lot of time discussing, snaking and drinking on different ideas. We agreed and disagreed on our project. Initially we discussed to make a still photo based presentation on our experience in Poly. However for one reason or other we could not materialized this approach. After conference on email we finally decided on a video project. We decided on the topics that we are going to discuss in the video which were 1) our experience in Poly 2) experience for kaltura projects 3) ways we thought could improve the poly experience. We shoot for more than 5 hours, composed a 30 minute video and posted on facebook account created for the project. While working on the project we talked on our career, goals, family etc. In the process I thought we bonded for a long term network, which will last longer beyond poly. The team was really happy when the screening was successful and appreciated by the class. Team: khaled, manny, pablo, anthony, daniel.
