Mg774_collaborationblog > In order to be heard, it is important to deliver the same message more than once
I must say that working on this project was very stressful... not the actual work but the getting it started part. But when we did it was fun with alot of great ideas that were not able to be captured due to time constraints. I have to say that I am glad to be a part of this program. I have read and read and read and because I've read so much it has becaome a part of my speech in the way I express ideas and the way I think. This project was alot of fun.

While embarking upon the Kaltura project, my group managed to overcome difficult moments and gradually adjust to accomplish our individually assigned tasks. Our final product is a work of art, a movie consisting of a diverse group of different backgrounds working together to achieve a common goal. We hope the class enjoys a reflection of all our past efforts as we all work towards a common goal of graduating and becoming innovative managers.
As we reach the end of our long exhausting journey, we gain insight in how our thoughts play a huge role in shaping our success and failures. The repetition of case studies, concepts and frameworks will be an ongoing movie playing in our heads as we venture into this dreadful economy!
Napoleon Hill coined a phrase that is as powerful when he first said it as it is today:
“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe – it can achieve.”
Good luck in your future endeavors!
